THE NAME
Why we call it The Goddess Temple.
In ancient matriarchal cultures, the Goddess Temple was a place where all beings of every gender, came to honor the sacred cycles of creation, as well as celebrate the union of the divine feminine and the divine masculine.
The name The Goddess Temple is an invocation to remember the sacred nature of the feminine and masculine and the harmony that arises when they bow to each other in reverence, rather than compete for dominance.
THE FOUNDER
Janelle Orion is an Ivy League-educated erotic wellness practitioner, trained pro-domme and tantric guide based in Denver, Colorado. As the founder of Feel Wildly Alive™ and The Goddess Temple, she has guided hundreds of women, men and couples through touch-based intimacy experiences.
Janelle is a leading advocate for normalizing education and skill-building around pleasure and intimacy. She has appeared on multiple podcasts and public stages, including CreativeMornings; and co-hosted the “Permission to Be Human: How to Be Brave in Relationships” podcast with Andrea Enright, which ran for six seasons and more than 125 episodes.
